- Scentpression, moving into regional hospitality portfolios. Two new Bahamian properties in discovery, one signed.
- Bahamas Outdoor Media Ltd, a refresh on airport inventory, and measurement partnerships for the first time in the Bahamian market.
- One Investment Group, evaluating logistics positions alongside the hospitality and real estate book.
Writing
Writing on Insights about first principles, semantic tree learning, and the paradox of choice. Working on a longer piece about Caribbean capital markets that I'm not ready to publish yet.
